About Xavier Grier

As a native North Carolinian, Xavier is a graduate of Concord High School and furthered his education at Appalachian State University.

After a successful career in the fashion industry as a traveling fashion photographer, Xavier made a transition into the mortgage industry working with GreenPoint Financial/GreenPoint Mortgage as an Account Executive. In this role Xavier helped to redevelop the Tennessee market from the least preforming territory to one of the highest producing for the regional Charlotte office by spearheading the development of the Inside Account Executive position – later rolled out country-wide due to the piloted success.  Xavier was later promoted to Marketing Content Manager & Art Director for the organization and all of its business channels.

After leaving the mortgage industry, Xavier continued his career in marketing and advertising by opening his own Marketing, Advertising and Branding Agency, |THE, llc., where his clients ranged from national energy and engineering firms and national sports broadcasting companies to regional retail chains and local start-ups.

Having an honest passion for giving back, Xavier later created the Non-Profit Organization,  Amped 4-A-Cure, Inc., with the mission of Supporting Cancer Research, Detection and Prevention Through Music. Xavier carried the amazing work and message of the NPO into his next venture with SouthStone Partner Nick Spain – the creation of MultiMillion Dollar Entertainment Venue, LABEL, where he served as the Creative Director. 

After an exciting 5 year dedication to the Entertainment Industry, Xavier made his transition back into real estate as an affiliated broker with Giving Tree Realty. Through a vast career of creativity and business development, Xavier is excited to bring all of his earned skills & knowledge to the Real Estate Industry, with a particular focus on the Commercial Market and working with new entrepreneurs.
