About Nick Spain
Nick Spain has spent the majority of his life in the Charlotte market, growing up near South Park and graduating high school from Charlotte Country Day. He furthered his education at Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) as well as The Art Center in Pasadena.
After moving back to Charlotte, Mr. Spain started launching and operating a number of concepts in the hospitality industry from large entertainment venues to high volume restaurants & lounges.
Mr. Spain transitioned to the real estate world as a licensed broker after a successful 15-year career in the hospitality industry. His management experience as a top-level executive and owner with food & beverage concepts, transfer over a vast and diverse network within the Carolinas.
Known for his creation and comprehensive development of multi-million-dollar entertainment venues and restaurants, Nick continues to utilize his hospitality experience and eclectic skillset to thrive in a fast growing and competitive market, while giving back to his community. Mr. Spain affiliated with Giving Tree Realty to continue his philanthropic mindset with each individual transaction. Previously in 2011, Spain signed on as the Director of Sponsorships for Amped 4-A-Cure, a non-profit organization that combined music with its mission of combatting cancer, through research, early detection and prevention. The latest mission and charitable focus for Spain is now an Ambassador with Autism Speaks.
