About MaShanna Ball

Born and raised in Kannapolis NC, MaShanna is a graduated of A.L Brown High School. While at Brown, MaShanna was a “Jack-of-all-Trades” as she was a basketball cheerleader, played on the soccer team, and
participated in the marching band.

After high school, MaShanna worked in the medical field for 9 years before transitioning into real estate in 2016. Her passion for helping people, building and cultivating new relationships, and her love for Charlotte and surrounding counties is what excited her about making the jump to this exciting career.

MaShanna has thrived in her first 3 years as a Realtor because of her knowledge of the area, her love of the process, and her uncanny ability to keep her clients relaxed and informed through the ups and
downs of the home buying process.

An advocate for animals, MaShanna volunteers and donates proceeds of every home she sells to the Humane Society of Charlotte. MaShanna herself has a diverse family of animals that includes 2 cats, 5 dogs, and a 23-year-old African Spur thigh Tortoise named Spike!
